Project assistant

Shape your project

Answer five focused questions to organise your goals, users and integrations into a project brief.

How the project assistant works

  1. Answer five questions

About your activity, the problem to solve, the people who will use the solution, your current systems and what success looks like.

  2. Get an outline

Your answers are arranged into a project outline with the questions to settle next. This happens in your browser; nothing is sent at this step.

  3. Optional AI brief

Where the option is offered, Infera Assistant can turn your answers into a fuller brief. Your answers are then sent to our AI service to write it, as our Privacy Policy explains.

  4. Send it when you are ready

Continue to the enquiry form with the brief filled in, review it and send it. Your request reaches our team only when you send the form.

Tips for useful answers

  • Describe the work as it happens today, step by step.
  • Name the tools and systems you use now.
  • Say what must be in the first release and what can wait.
  • Leave out personal or confidential data, such as customer records, passwords or health information.

The outline is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote. Scope, cost and timeline are agreed in a written proposal.
