The website gives general information about our company, services and products. Each product page shows its current status, such as Available, Beta, Launching soon, In development, Under maintenance or Planned. Features, timelines and availability of products that are not yet available may change before launch, and products in beta may change while they are refined.

Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation.

Projects and services

Custom software, consultancy and other services are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a proposal or statement of work, which sets out the scope, fees, timetable, intellectual property and support. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A website package with a fixed published price can also be ordered and paid for online: your order is an offer to buy it, and the contract is made when we confirm your payment, on the package as described on the day you order and our payments, cancellations and refunds policy. Products available on their own websites, such as Infera Agent at inferaagent.com, are provided under the terms published on those websites.

Your account

You can create an account to follow your project requests and use Infera services as they become available. Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us at security@inferaengine.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the security of our services. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and must not try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt or overload it, introduce malicious code, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and design, and the names and logos of Infera Engine Ltd and its products are owned by or licensed to Infera Engine Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

Names of other companies, products and technologies mentioned on this website, such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI and Linux, are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe compatibility or the technologies we work with; this does not mean that they endorse, sponsor or partner with Infera Engine Ltd.
