What to include in your request
A few clear details let us reply with useful questions or a proposal, rather than a request for more information.
- Your goalThe problem you want to solve or the result you want, in your own words.
- Who will use itCustomers, staff or both, and roughly how many.
- Systems to connectThe tools, data or accounts the solution has to work with.
- Timing and budgetAny deadline that matters, and a budget range if you have one. Both are optional.
Please don’t put passwords, card details, health records or other sensitive personal data in your message. If a project needs them, we agree a secure way to handle them first.
How we use what you send
We use your details to answer your request and, where you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. Requests and related emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, as our Privacy Policy explains. We do not sell personal information. You can write to us in English or Arabic.
