How long does it take to build a website?
Your proposal sets the timeline. It depends on the number of pages, languages and features, and on when we receive your content, such as texts, images and logo. We agree the milestones before work starts.
What does managed hosting include?
Your website runs on our infrastructure, with its SSL certificate, security updates, monitoring and backups, as set out in your service plan. It is billed yearly. You can also use your own hosting if it is technically compatible.
Is the domain name included?
No. The domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar separately, usually every year. We can connect a domain you already own, or help you register one.
Who owns the website?
Ownership of the website, its design and its code is agreed in writing in your proposal before work starts. Third-party components, such as fonts, plugins and stock images, stay under their own licences.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. During the project, changes go through your project contact as your proposal sets out; anything beyond the agreed scope is priced before we do it. After launch, changes are covered by maintenance if you choose it, or priced separately.
How do I pay?
You receive an official quotation. Once you accept it, we invoice as its payment schedule sets out, usually a deposit on acceptance and the balance on delivery. You can pay by card on our payment provider’s secure page, or by bank transfer. Card details never reach us. A package with a fixed price can also be ordered and paid in full online at the end of the configurator above.
Which languages can my website have?
Any. Packages include one or two languages, and each extra language is priced separately. Arabic and other right-to-left languages get proper right-to-left layouts.
Do I need maintenance?
No. Maintenance is optional and yearly, and is only added if you choose it. It keeps your website’s software up to date, fixes faults and gives you help from our team, within the limits set in your proposal.
What do I receive at delivery?
The live website on your domain, access to its content dashboard where your package includes one, and a handover. Your proposal lists everything that is delivered.
Is SEO included?
Every package includes an SEO set-up: basic for Starter and Business, technical for Professional and advanced technical for Corporate. Search positions depend on many factors outside anyone’s control, so we never promise rankings.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Add-ons such as booking, a client login area, payments, API integrations and AI assistants can be added during the project or later, priced in a proposal.
How do renewals and cancelling work?
Hosting and maintenance renew every year. We send the renewal invoice before the renewal date; nothing is charged automatically. To stop a renewal, email billing@inferaengine.com before that date.
